112. Elementary Inorganic Chemistry II 3 hours 112L. Elementary Inorganic Chemistry Laboratory II 1 hour Continuation of 111/111L. Rigorous course in the elementary fundamental principles of chemistry, including elementary structure of atoms and molecules, chemical reactions, stoichiometry, introduction to quantum chemistry, molecular bonding and geometry, phases of matter and phase changes, thermodynamics, electrochemistry, kinetics, solutions, qualitative analysis, descriptive chemistry and nuclear chemistry. Prerequisites: CHE 111 and 111L. Lecture, 3 hours per week. Laboratory and lab lecture, 6 hours per week.
